DANX obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification in December 2016.
DANX is working on the following five quality goals to continuously improve our quality. The five goals are:
Maintain our 99.5 on time performance on group level
Reduce the number of claims per parcel with 15% compared to level in Q3 2020.
Improve our customer and receiver satisfaction
Improve employee engagement (as measured through our half-yearly Engagement Survey) on a Group level on specific items as defined by the Senior Management Team. Furthermore ensuring 100% follow up on the Engagement Survey on local and team level.
Improve scanning percentage.
