Pick up, drop off - PUDO

PUDO means "Pick up, drop off" and is a manned collection hub where we both deliver spare parts and take others back. The latter is especially important in the IT industry, where the return rate is approx. 90 %.

Often, we deliver spare parts directly to the van of the technician, so it is packed and ready for the technician to start his work day right away. But for many companies, the need for servicing may arise spontaneously. In these cases, technicians can pick up the required spare parts in one of our many PUDOs, providing the technicians with as flexible and efficient a working day as possible.

We have 86 PUDOs across the Nordic region and the Baltics.
