Purpose

The DANX Group protects your privacy. We want you as a co-worker, supplier or customer to feel safe when you provide us with your personal information. The purpose of this policy is to tell you how we process your personal information, for what purposes we use it, who we might share the information with and how to take advantage of your rights.

Background

We process your personal information primarily to fulfil our commitments. Our starting point is not to process more personal information than is necessary for the purpose in question, and we always strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data.

  • Your personal information is processed in a satisfactory manner We have routines and procedures for managing your personal information safely. Only employees within the organization who need the personal data to perform their duties, will have access to them.

  • Our IT systems have your privacy in focus and protect against intrusion, destruction, and other events that could endanger your privacy.

When do we disclose your personal information?

  • We will only disclose your personal information to third parties if it is necessary to fulfil our obligations under contract or law. In cases where we disclose personal information to third parties, we establish special agreements such as personal data grant agreements and confidentiality agreements that ensure that the personal data are processed in a safe manner.

  • We do not transfer personal data in cases other than those expressly stated here.

Responsibility

The respective companies within the DANX Group are each responsible in their own right, which means that each company is responsible for the processing of your data and the protection of your rights.

Correction and Transparency

The DANX Group strives to ensure that all the information we process is correct. This, of course, also applies to the personal information we collect. In the event that any data proves incorrect, corrections will be made without delay.
