Below you will find the daily Corona update on the measurements that DANX is taking to ensure the continuous delivery of your spare parts.

We regret that the service the last couple of days has not lived up to the usual DANX standard. As we have previously communicated, the European restrictions are heavily influencing our possibilities of delivering as per the agreed delivery times/SLA. Hereto comes other factors like

We will as always do our utmost to mitigate the inconvenience for our customers but must also acknowledge that we do look into more delays in certain geographical areas. To protect our drivers and customers we have implemented scanning as POD for day time deliveries and in our terminals we make sure that there is enough distance between everybody present.

Once all the present restrictions are loosened, we look forward to returning to our usual DANX performance and delivery accuracy. In the meantime we can guarantee you that your spare parts WILL reach their destination and that we will do our utmost to make it as fast as we possibly can.
